Blueberry Pie Competition
On July 31st, 2010 The Crapaud Exhibition will be home to Wyman's Blueberry Pie Baking Competition.
This has proven to be a very popular event at our exhibition and most certainly is a treat to see all the wonderful pie presentations.
Wyman's Wild Blueberries will supply the blueberries, through the Crapaud Exhibition, and pie plates are supplied by Harvey's Clover Farm.
Cooks from all parts of the Island can prepare their favourite 2 crusted blueberry pies and bring them to the exhibition by 10:00 am on Saturday July 31st.
Pies will be judged on their appearance, taste, filling quality, and crust.
We are adding a new category to our competition this year, The People's Choice Award.
Our audience will have an opportunity to cast a ballot for the pie they feel has the most eye appeal.
Prizes will be $50.00 for 1st, $30.00 for 2nd, $20.00 for 3rd, and a gift certificate from Wyman's for the People's Choice award.

The 2010 Crapaud Exhibition is over for another year,
but we had great weather for the Exhibition this past
summer and there were lots of people out to enjoy the day.
