Booth Rentals

Rules for Booth Exhibitors

  1. Fees must be paid in full prior to set up. $25.00 for Non-Profit, and $40.00 for Commercial. Please make cheque payable to Crapaud Exhibition.
  2. Booth size is 12' wide. Booth to be set-up by Friday at 6:00 PM.
  3. A representative must man the booth at all times - Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  4. Booths are not to be removed before 6:00 PM on Saturday.
  5. There are four power stations in the Exhibit area and anyone wanting to utilize it must supply their own cords.
  6. Booth Exhibitors are expected to supply their own equipment, including tables.
  7. Exhibitors are issued two passes per Booth for admittance to grounds.
  8. Exhibit Committee will designate booth locations.

The 2010 Crapaud Exhibition is over for another year, but we had great weather for the Exhibition this past summer and there were lots of people out to enjoy the day.
